We currently offer free USPS shipping within the continental United States for all orders $100+. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days. USPS shipping usually takes 1-5 business days AFTER being processed. If you would like your order sooner, we have the option of priority shipping, which you would have to pay a little extra for, however, these orders will be processed same day and shipped the following day, USPS will usually take 2-3 business days for shipping. 


Free shipping with the flat rate will take 5-7 business days.

Expedited (priority) shipping will take 2-3 business days.

Holiday shipping times will be longer than usual!

Orders CAN NOT be cancelled once they have been placed!

As always, please double check your order and address BEFORE placing your order. We are not responsible for any order that has an incorrect shipping address.


We are positive you will love every purchase made from Ember Grace Boutique, however, we do understand that sometimes it is necessary to return items that might not fit. Purchases are eligible for store credit ONLY. Returns must be processed within 14 days of your purchase date. After this time you will not be eligible for a return. 

The customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Available shipping services are USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Return authorization is not necessary.

Please include the packing slip in your return. The packing slip can be found in the bag with your purchase and will provide us with the information to handle the return properly. Any return outside the timeframe mentioned above will not be eligible for a return or store credit. Please make sure you are not out of your 14 day timeframe, we will not be responsible for shipping items back to you

Once we receive your return, please allow us 5-10 business days for processing. Once your return has been processed, you will receive an email including your store credit. All purchases made with a store credit are final!

Shoe boxes must include stuffing that the shoes were sent out with. Shoe boxes must be placed inside another box for shipping to protect the items. If the shoes are sent back with the stickers and return labels directly on the box, or if the box is damaged, the return will not be accepted.

Returned items must be in perfect condition and unworn/unwashed. Returned items must be free of makeup/deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell, or stains of any kind. 

Damaged items must be reported within 2 days of receiving your purchase. Please email us at embergraceonline@gmail.com and provide us with photos showing the damaged product(s).

Generally, our products run true to size. ALWAYS pay attention to the item description of the product/products you are purchasing. We will state if the product runs TTS, small, or big as well as the size the model is wearing along with a description of the model.
